  • When will the request reach me?

It depends on the chosen shipping company and the delivery manager. We have a group of shipping managers based in major cities. Typically, it takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.


  • Is there delivery outside the country?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to a few specific cities listed on the delivery page. You can request delivery outside the country from the store team via WhatsApp by providing information about the product weight and asking for rates from international freight forwarders that are not currently registered with the store.


  • In case of manufacturing defect in the product?

You must read the return policy to understand the conditions for return and exchange. In the event of a defect in the agreed-upon product for return, the shipping cost of the company is calculated, and the freight is returned to the customer. As for the product value, it is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.


  • I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers delivery service for large quantity orders and offers a discount ranging from 10 to 20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page to inquire about quantities.
